How to make gravy for lunch or dinner
A frying pan with a thick bottom should be heated together with oil. Then you should carefully pour in the already sifted flour, but it is important to constantly stir it, otherwise it will burn very quickly, which means the whole taste will be spoiled.
When the flour becomes golden brown, you can add liquid (broth or water) in small portions.
You must not stop stirring the gravy.
Once the sauce thickens, you can add spices.
