Mushrooms can be either a main dish or an ingredient in popular treats.

The main task is to prepare the product correctly.

Because of common mistakes, mushrooms turn out rubbery and tasteless.

What shortcomings should you avoid?

Freezing

If possible, it is worth preparing fresh mushrooms, since this is the only way the dish turns out tasty and high-quality. But freezing changes the structure of the product for the worse.

Therefore, not every housewife can cook frozen mushrooms deliciously.

Not enough oil when frying

Some people try to make mushrooms less caloric and harmful, so they add a little oil. But this is a big drawback. If there is not enough vegetable fat, the mushrooms will turn out rubbery.

This happens because the product inside does not have time to cook. Therefore, for every half kilo of mushrooms, take one and a half large spoons of oil.

Active mixing

Some housewives are afraid that the mushrooms may burn, so they do not leave the stove while frying, constantly stirring the dish.

This is not the way to do things.

Due to such actions, mushrooms become dry and lose their taste and aroma.
