One of them is Swedish stew. The taste of the dish is so amazing that it is impossible to tear yourself away.
The stew is easy to prepare and does not require exotic ingredients. All the ingredients for the dish are easy to find.
Step by step preparation
1. Place bay leaves (2-3 pcs.) on the bottom of the pan.
2. Beef or veal (1 kg) is cut into medium pieces. Garlic (2 heads) is peeled and placed in a saucepan together with the meat. The ingredients are salted and peppered.
3. Pour water over the meat and cook over low heat for 1.5 hours.
4. Meanwhile, thinly sliced smoked brisket (0.2 kg) is fried in a frying pan with small onions (20 onions).
5. Next, add currant jam (2 tablespoons) to the pan.
6. Place the brisket into the pot with the meat along with the other ingredients. Simmer everything together for 15-20 minutes.
7. Finally, all that remains is to decorate the finished dish with chopped parsley or dill.
