She recommends including two unusual ingredients in its composition.

In addition to onions, rice and spices, it is worth adding fresh herbs to the minced meat: mint and cilantro. It is these herbs that will give the dish an unusual piquant and fresh taste.

Also, if you don’t want the meatballs to fall apart, beat a chicken egg into the mince – one will be enough.

Due to some changes in the composition, the preparation of these meatballs is slightly different from the traditional recipe.

The first thing to do is to take care of the onion. It needs to be finely chopped and fried until it becomes soft and acquires a golden hue.

Next in line is rice. The cereal should be poured with boiling water and left in this state for 10 minutes so that it swells.

In a separate container, beat the egg with the spices, and then combine all the ingredients: rice, minced meat, egg and finely chopped herbs.

You must thoroughly mix the meatball mixture, after which you can form neat balls from it.

Fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. The fire should be turned on at full power.

The dish is ready to eat, but it will become even tastier if you pour the meatballs with tomato-sour cream sauce and simmer them for about 5-7 minutes.

These meatballs go perfectly with a side dish of potatoes, vegetables, pasta or buckwheat.
