New Year's parties are coming up for parents. If you want your child to win a prize for the most creative outfit, make it yourself - there won't be another one like it.
We suggest making an Angel costume - it's quite easy to make, and can be worn by either a girl or a boy.
If a young lady is rushing to a party, then you will need a white dress, and for a gentleman you need to find a white tunic.
To make the outfit more festive, attach lace or ruffles to it.
The angel is supposed to show off in white tights or leggings. On her feet, she can wear white shoes, ballet flats or Czech shoes.
What's an angel without wings? Don't buy ready-made ones - you can make them yourself.
To do this, you will need to cut out two identical wing shapes from cardboard. You can use wire as a frame.
Wrap the wings in white tulle or organza and use glue to secure the fabric. If you find it more convenient, you can sew the material on.
The wings will be more elegant if you decorate them with rhinestones, glitter or feathers.
And the last thing without which the Angel costume will not look complete is the halo.
Wrap a simple hoop with white fabric or tulle.
Make a circle-shaped halo out of wire and secure it to the headband. All that's left is to decorate the halo with the same glitter and artificial flowers.
