To introduce your baby to fruits and berries, you can offer him juice.
But before that, you need to answer the question: what kind of juice should you offer your baby – squeezed by hand or bought in a store?
To answer it, it is worth analyzing several important points.
Consistency
At home, you are unlikely to achieve a uniform consistency of juice. The liquid will most likely contain pieces of fruit, peel and seeds - all these "inclusions" are unsafe for children under one year.
Unlike homemade juice, industrial juice has a consistency suitable for early age.
Quality
There is no need to doubt the quality of industrially produced baby juices: they are subject to extremely strict standards. You will not find dyes, preservatives or other "harmful substances" in factory-produced juice.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee the microbiological and chemical safety of fruits purchased or grown on your own plot.
Diversity
Making a juice or nectar with a complex flavor at home is difficult: apples, cherries, raspberries and bananas do not go well together and are difficult to mix properly.
But at a juice factory, they can easily find the ideal ratio of all components.
