These are the conclusions reached by researchers from the University of Pennsylvania after conducting research.

The benefits of humor

The research revealed that humor is useful in any area of human relations, even in business.

Jokes make relationships less tense, as proven in a survey of more than 300 volunteers aged 18-45.

71.8% of respondents said that the people who raised them had a developed sense of humor.

50.5% of respondents said that the ability to crack a joke at the right time helped their parents become worthy educators.

Of those who were raised by strict parents, only 2.9% spoke positively about the upbringing system.

That is, appropriate jokes from parents in the past helped them maintain good relationships with their children in the future, experts believe.

But it's important to use your sense of humor for good, scientists warn.
