For those who are not familiar with all the baby gadgets: a nibbler is a device that is used to feed small children.
On one side there is a convenient handle, and on the other there is a mesh into which you can put food.
Thanks to this “gadget”, the baby develops chewing skills and gradually learns to eat independently.
What can you put in a nibbler
This is a question that many parents have. In fact, the nibbler is suitable for a variety of products. Here are some of them.
1. Fruits and vegetables. With the help of a nibbler, you can introduce your baby to apples, pears, bananas, cucumbers and other fruits and vegetables - without fear that the child will bite off a large piece and choke on it.
2. Meat and fish: Foods such as chicken, turkey, beef, or salmon should be cooked before placing them in the nibbler.
3. Cookies and bread.
Of course, you can't put frozen foods in the nibbler (just in case someone comes up with such an idea). Also prohibited are foods that cause allergies in the child or are not suitable for complementary feeding due to the baby's age.
Earlier we talked about how to accustom a child to a car seat.
