Probably every second child, when asked “What is your favorite dish?”, answers without hesitation: “Pasta!”
The reason for such devoted love is simple: children have a biological predisposition to soft carbohydrate foods.
However, parents whose children choose this “mono-diet” time and again worry whether such a diet will harm their health.
Although there is nothing wrong with pasta (if it is made from durum wheat), it is simply not capable of providing all the substances necessary for a growing organism.
How can this situation be corrected?
It turns out that everything is simpler than you might have imagined – you just need to remember that pasta is a side dish, not a separate dish.
If the baby is categorically against foreign “elements” on the plate, a blender and a little imagination will come to the rescue.
Throw vegetables and meat into a blender bowl and prepare a delicious, and most importantly, healthy sauce that your little gourmet will surely love.
