Doctor lists sports for children who often get sick

Some children are more likely to get respiratory infections. To improve immunity and reduce the number of sick days, experts recommend a certain group of sports activities for such children.

According to the specialist, such children should take part in winter sports.

It could be hockey, as well as skating, skiing, and so on.

Such exercises improve blood circulation, strengthen the body, and allow all muscle groups to work.
