First, consuming large amounts of carbohydrates and sugar.

You can slow down skin aging by increasing your intake of protein, unsaturated fats and vegetables.

Secondly, smoking and alcohol abuse.

These habits lead to damage to blood vessels, rosacea, swelling, and dullness of the skin.

Thirdly, insufficient water consumption accelerates skin aging.

Krasnova recommends drinking one and a half to two liters of water per day.

Also, the following have an extremely negative impact on the condition of the skin: lack of sleep, sleeping with makeup on the face, not using sunscreen, and washing with regular soap.

It is necessary to choose a cleanser according to your skin type, the cosmetologist advised.
