What foods slow down aging
As the nutritionist explained, aging is largely associated with a decrease in collagen levels.
This substance is found in large quantities in ordinary jellied meat.
According to the doctor, low-fat aspic can be eaten every day – 100-150 grams.
Secondly, vitamin C is important, as it is involved in the synthesis of collagen, as well as vitamin A, which improves the condition of the skin.
Mukhina recommends eating red bell peppers, carrots, sea buckthorn and rose hips.
Thirdly, foods containing omega-3 acids, such as walnuts, help slow down aging.
You can eat 30-50 grams per day, the specialist clarified.
She also recommended including foods rich in antioxidants in the diet.
