Scrambled eggs are a standard breakfast that many gourmets are accustomed to.

However, some people still have not decided which oil is better for frying eggs - vegetable oil or butter.

It is worth emphasizing right away that both products have their pros and cons.

A clear advantage of butter is that it significantly improves the taste of scrambled eggs.

But if your goal is to get the most healthy dish, then it is better to choose vegetable oil. For several reasons.

Butter is high in saturated fat.

The product is a source of large amounts of saturated fats, which are not the safest for health.

An excess of the latter can lead to a significant increase in blood cholesterol levels.

But vegetable oil contains mainly unsaturated fats, which is an undoubted advantage of the product.

Vegetable oil is more "heat-resistant"

Butter does not have the highest smoke point.

In other words, the product quickly overheats, smoke is released, and as a result, dangerous compounds end up in the scrambled eggs.

In this regard, vegetable oil is a much safer product.

Butter will make the eggs too greasy.

A fried egg, even without any additives, is a fairly fatty dish.

Adding butter or bacon will make the fat content of the dish even higher.

But using vegetable oil allows you to avoid this undesirable outcome: just lightly grease the frying pan - this will be enough to prevent the scrambled eggs from burning and becoming dangerous for your figure.
