In the evening, you should avoid watching TV and using your smartphone. About 2 hours before going to bed, it makes sense to drink herbal tea.

You also need to make sure that the bedroom has the most comfortable conditions for sleep: the room is ventilated, and light from street lamps does not enter the room.
