Due to the heat outside and a careless attitude towards your health, you can get sick, so you should definitely familiarize yourself with the rules that help minimize the risk of catching a cold.
Monitor the temperature
If you go from a hot place to a cool place or vice versa, you are putting your body under stress and thus increasing the chance of infection. For this reason, avoid staying in very cold places for a long time and wear appropriate clothing if you can’t help it.
Monitor humidity
Your task is to maintain a normal level of humidity in the room, since in conditions of low relative humidity (less than 40%) bacteria in the nasopharynx multiply better and faster, which is why you can “get acquainted” with a sore throat and tonsillitis.
Get enough sleep
If you don't want to get sick, stick to a healthy sleep schedule. Lack of rest reduces immunity, and the risk of catching a cold increases accordingly. Avoid overexertion and sleep 7-8 hours a day.
Eat right
The diet should contain vitamins and minerals (especially vitamin C). In hot weather, the best option will be light dishes of vegetables and fruits, as well as protein-rich products - meat, fish and dairy.
Avoid drinking too many ice-filled drinks, as this can lead to hypothermia.
