The scary word “alopecia” in the language of trichologists means nothing more than baldness.
There are so many reasons for hair loss that we won’t even try to list them all: this list includes psychological trauma, stress, hormonal surges, dermatological diseases, acute viral infections and much, much more.
Unfortunately, scientists have not yet developed preventive measures that would protect women from alopecia.
However, trichologists do have some recommendations. First of all, they advise minimizing provoking factors.
This means that women should treat chronic diseases, especially if they relate to areas such as endocrinology and gynecology.
In addition, it is worth undergoing medical examinations in a timely manner.
Proper nutrition is important: if you don’t want to say goodbye to thick hair, make sure that your diet includes walnuts, pumpkin seeds, eggs, fatty fish, avocados and other healthy hair foods every day.
Don't forget to take vitamins and dietary supplements, and also try to avoid conflicts and maintain psycho-emotional stability.
