Cardiovascular disease has subtle symptoms that many of us may not notice.
There can be many reasons for fatigue - hard work, stress and family troubles.
But sometimes a loss of strength is a consequence of health problems or cardiovascular diseases.
Heart disease, unfortunately, is the scourge of modern man and when symptoms appear it is better to refuse self-medication.
How do you know if fatigue is related to heart disease?
Here are some signs:
- If fatigue does not go away after resting, you should consider visiting a doctor.
- Sudden loss of strength – if you suddenly feel like lying down, the cause may be related to the heart.
- Rapid fatigue - no matter how much you rest, fatigue sets in after a couple of hours of work.
- The appearance of painful symptoms – discomfort in the sternum, dizziness, and so on.
