Biochemist Stas Sheremetyev answered these questions, writes Lenta.ru .

He noted that it is important to take into account the individual needs of the body.

If we say that we need to drink 2-2.5 liters of water, then this is a fairly general proposal. It is important to understand that for every kilogram of body weight there should be 30-40 milliliters of liquid.

The doctor emphasized that the water balance must always be replenished, but not based on the feeling of thirst.

As a result, digestive juices, blood and lymph will be characterized by good fluidity.

But Sheremetyev added that you can drink not only regular and clean water, but also an alternative is possible.

For example, unsweetened juices and weak teas are suitable for this.
