Some people prefer non-alcoholic beer as an alternative.

It is considered a harmless drink - it does not contain alcohol, which means that in essence it is closer to kvass or regular soda.

But even such a drink can cause harm to health. Do not underestimate the harm it can cause.

According to him, non-alcoholic beer contains a lot of easily digestible carbohydrates, which provide energy, but also provoke a sugar surge.

The specialist noted that abuse of this drink can easily lead to extra pounds, metabolic problems, and the risk of developing diabetes.

The liver, kidneys and other internal organs will also suffer.
