As the researchers reported, tests were conducted on human and rodent skin cell types. As a result, it turned out that 20-30 percent of cells die during a 20-minute session. If the effect is repeated twice, 70 percent of skin cells will die.
As experts noted, DNA will be damaged, and intracellular mutations will begin.
However, this version has not yet been fully confirmed. A large-scale study is needed to assess the risks of cancer development in people with different characteristics.
