But if the product starts to turn into lumps under the influence of high temperature, then the situation is bad.

Most likely, this sour cream contains flavor stabilizers and thickeners. Such a fermented milk product can hardly be called high-quality and natural. In addition, the taste of the culinary product will most likely not satisfy you either.
