3. It is important to calculate the number of capsules correctly. One packet of liquid detergent is enough for 7 kg of laundry. If the capacity is more than 10 kg, you will have to use 2 pieces. But the main thing is not to overload the machine.
4. In order for the capsules to dissolve, you need to consider not only the weight of the laundry, but also the volume. There should be at least 10 cm between the top layer of laundry and the drum.
