Kitchen towels are used to wipe hands and washed dishes.

However, no matter how thoroughly a person washes his hands and plates and pans, a lot of fat will still end up on the product.

Over time, the towels will become very dirty and sticky.

A simple wash is unlikely to help restore the ideal cleanliness of the items. But if you carry out one simple preliminary procedure, the towels will be washed well.

The products need to be kept in a mixture, the preparation of which will not take much time and effort from the housewife.

What ingredients will you need?

The liquid for pre-soaking towels should consist of the following components:

  • hot water (2.5-3 liters);
  • washing powder (slightly more than half the volume of a plastic cup);
  • bleach (similar volume);
  • baking soda (1 tsp);
  • vegetable oil (1 tbsp)

How to carry out the procedure correctly

You need to take a basin and pour in water that has just been brought to a boil. You should pour in and add all the other ingredients listed above into the liquid.

After thorough mixing, you will get a mixture in which the dirty towels should lie for at least 4-5 hours. Or better yet, all night.

Once the pre-soaking is complete, the items will already be partially cleaned. At least the absorbed fats will have dissolved.

The towels should be removed from the cooled liquid and rinsed. Only after this can the items be sent to the drum of the washing machine. Washing should make the items perfectly clean and snow-white.
