This trick was not used yesterday, but back in Soviet times. Therefore, it is an old proven trick that helps out many modern housewives.
To make terry towels soft again, soak them in a simple solution. After this, the products will become softer than a feather.
For 5 liters of water take 100 g of table salt. Stir until the spice dissolves. Then place towels in the solution and soak for 15-20 minutes.
After soaking, rinse the product under normal water. This is important, otherwise you cannot avoid burning skin after using such a towel.
Salt water will restore the original softness of the items. It is said that hotel maids actively use this trick.
