There are different opinions about what temperature should reign in the refrigerator.

This inconsistency is due to the fact that the optimal storage conditions for different products may not be the same.

Thus, for storing fresh meat, the suitable temperature is from +1 to +3 degrees, while fish needs to be in the range from 0 to +2 degrees.

At the same time, for eggs it is worth choosing a temperature from 2 to 5 degrees above zero.

Despite this discrepancy, there are still some generally accepted standards that are worth using if the refrigerator has the ability to regulate the temperature.

This will allow the products to remain fresh and retain their taste to the maximum extent.

The average temperature that is suitable for preserving most perishable products is between +2 and +4 degrees.

It is worth noting that in most refrigerators the temperature in different parts of the chamber will not be the same. If the freezer is located at the bottom, as a rule, the coldest will be on the bottom shelf and the warmest on the door shelves.
