In 2021, French chefs François Rabin, Julien Seri and Morgan Niquet prepared an unusual pizza.
The dish turned out to be so unusual that it attracted the attention of the compilers of the Guinness Book of Records.
So, many types of cheese were used in creating the dish. A lot!
We are talking about several hundred varieties of this food product.
Since then, the “super-cheese” pizza has been mentioned in the above-mentioned reference book.
Probably almost all gourmets know about a dish called “Four Cheese Pizza”.
This version of the famous Italian dish is extremely popular.
And for good reason: the dish is very appetizing. Gourmets are very pleased with the variety of cheese flavors.
However, chefs from France wanted to increase the number of types of cheese used... by about 200 times!
The experts sprinkled the flatbread with 834 types of product. Exactly 2 grams of each type were used.
Of course, this fact was not ignored by the compilers of the Guinness Book of Records: the dish was included in the reference book under the following description: “Pizza with the greatest number of varieties of cheese.”
Oddly enough, mixing such a huge amount of different types of product did not have a negative effect on the dish. On the contrary, the pizza turned out very tasty.
