Many cats have a habit that their pet owners, to put it mildly, are not happy about.
Thus, the fluffy creatures throw various objects off tables and floors. For example, boxes, dishes, mobile devices.
Some people believe that animals act this way “out of hooligan motives.”
In fact, a cat that throws things on the floor has no desire to anger its owner and create a mess in the apartment.
The pet is exhibiting strange behavior for a completely different reason.
This is how the animal shows its predator instincts. And the cat has them, even though it is a domestic animal.
The cat needs to “train” periodically to improve its hunting skills.
Most likely, in an ordinary apartment there is no one for a cat to hunt (unless, of course, there are rodents).
So the pet has to choose unusual objects for “attack”.
And the owner of the fluffy one has only one thing left to do: come to terms with the fact that the animal constantly throws all sorts of utensils, cups and packaging on the floor.
There's nothing you can do: your four-legged friend needs to "play with his prey." And attempts to punish your four-legged friend will not lead to anything good: they will only make the situation worse.
