Usually our barking four-legged friends enjoy going for walks.
But sometimes it happens that the dog refuses to go outside or shows with all its behavior that it is not happy with being outdoors.
The pet may resist, stand or lie in place, or, if already outside, pull on the leash and try to walk towards the house.
The dog has always been active, and now suddenly refuses to go for a walk? Know: this is a very dangerous sign! Perhaps the animal needs help.
Perhaps the dog does not want to go outside for a very simple reason: the pet is not feeling well.
It is possible that the dog is sick. If you have such a suspicion, take your four-legged friend to the veterinary clinic.
Your dog may be having pain when walking because of a recent injury to his paw or another trauma.
In this case, again, you need to show your pet to the veterinarian.
Often, a dog's refusal to go outside is explained by the pet's recent exposure to a stressful situation.
It is possible that something has frightened the dog and it wants to stay safe.
Perhaps the animal refuses to go for a walk due to extreme heat, rain or frost.
Or it may be that the dog, for some reason, has stopped respecting the person and has decided to start showing obstinacy.
