Why do cats like to lie on paper

Cats quite often lay claim to paper, regardless of where it is located.

This could be a piece of notebook paper, a document, or important mail.

The cat can simply chew all of this and even tear it apart!

Why do cats like paper?

1. They like the look. Soft and smooth paper attracts cats. They often use it for sleeping.
2. The paper product attracts attention. Perhaps it is due to its special structure and the rustling sound it makes when the animal interacts with it.
3. Small space. Many cats like small spaces. The sheet takes up little space, so the pet feels safe.
4. Curiosity. Paper looks interesting and attractive. Many cats love to explore space.
5. The paper may be warm. If the sheet is in the sun, the animal may simply be looking for a warm place.
