Self-confidence does not appear on its own.
This is self-improvement, study, personal development and other useful activities that increase competence. In other cases, self-confidence appears instead of confidence.
This is the conclusion reached by Bernice Milburn Moore, who formulated the concept of confidence as a readiness to withstand any challenges for the Educational Leadership magazine, writes the Lifehacker publication.
According to the expert, improving this quality will require long and hard work.
In addition to competence, you need to be able to apply knowledge in practice, be able to analyze and act confidently, each time repeating the path of trial and error.
It is simply impossible to become a self-confident person without physically doing anything for it.
1. Experts advise working on emotional intelligence, since the ability to maintain strong connections with others is impossible without empathy and a normal response to the feelings of others.
2. It would be a good idea to keep a diary for this, in which you should not only write down smart thoughts, but also analyze your actions, which is important for self-analysis.
3. It is important to learn to make decisions, and not to do what you are told or advised.
And the main thing to remember is that life won’t get better with the snap of your fingers or because you really, really want it.
