3 Signs That Reveal an Envious Person: When to Sound the Alarm

There are a lot of envious people now. This is true for both women and men. Everyone wants to be successful, rich, attractive, but if it doesn't work out, then black envy arises.

Some do not consider it necessary to hide their feelings, but most try to disguise it with sweet smiles.

However, this does not always help: it is quite easy to identify an envious person. By what signs can this be done?

Parody

Ladies are usually guilty of this: they start imitating their friends, especially in terms of appearance. They buy the same wardrobe items (dresses, blouses, scarves, handbags, shoes), even if they frankly do not suit them.

As a result, the envious person makes a fool of herself, and rather clumsily. She sincerely does not understand why she is not complimented like her friend. And the reason is simple: she has no individuality.

The woman stupidly repeats everything after her friend, while she should have defined her own personal style. But appearance is only half the trouble.

It’s much worse when actions begin to be parodied: favorite phrases, manner of speaking.

From the outside, it looks irritating and childish: only a child can ape a classmate or a neighbor of the same age. And even that looks stupid and ill-mannered. What can we say about an adult.

Constant talk about someone else's luck or connections

The envious person is always haunted by other people's laurels, he literally turns into a stalker: he follows the lives of former classmates through social networks, discusses it all, chews it over.

And the song is always the same: they were lucky, and he, accordingly, was not. They have rich dads, and generous fans, and they were lucky with their bosses.

But he, the poor thing, is being set up, forced out, slandered, insulted and prevented from living. If you listen to this "unfortunate man", then a universal conspiracy is being woven around him.

Passive aggression

This is a favorite technique of envious people: to be in a chronically bad mood and to provoke negative emotions in their interlocutors.

At any hint of the unacceptability of such behavior, aggressiveness already takes on active forms.

In a fit of rage, an envious person will easily admit to his vice, and will do so demonstratively, theatrically, with the necessary intonations and accusations.

However, he already blames everyone around him, especially for his failure and envy.

Thus, if at least one point is present, then you should quickly stop communicating with such a person under any plausible pretext.

Envy has a tendency to increase: first, hostility to appearance and manners, and then the ill-wisher switches to professional success, salary, cost of housing or car. Having an envious person as a friend is equivalent to letting an enemy into your own home.

With such "comrades" you don't need any enemies: they will easily sell you out, sell you out, morally trample you and humiliate you. It is even worse when relatives are envious, because they are capable of truly ruining your life.
