Analyzing your behavior, firstly, will allow you to see obvious mistakes and correct your actions. This can be done either by independently studying the literature or by contacting a specialist.
Secondly, you will understand what emotions another person experiences in a similar situation and what he can do. Using this knowledge, you can effectively and to your advantage interact with people.
Studying yourself is half the battle. Don't forget that each person is individual. In 90% of cases, he or she can meet the standards of behavior, and in 10% of cases, behave completely unpredictably.
To "read" a new person, study their appearance - how they dress and how well-groomed they are. This is the signal they send about how they want to be perceived.
Study body language and facial expressions – a good way to understand a person’s state here and now. Using this knowledge, observe how a person behaves in different situations – when communicating with an audience, in a face-to-face conversation, etc.
Many people are helped to understand people by a developed intuition. In fact, this is not some kind of magic or unusual talent. This quality can be “pumped up”. Intuitive people are those who listen sensitively to their inner feelings and trust them.
Thanks to this, they can make certain conclusions about a person in the first minutes of the meeting. They can also scan their state before and after meeting to determine their energy level and, on this basis, make a decision about further interaction with a person.
Remember the most important thing. In order to effectively interact with people, it is not necessary to go into a detailed study of the psychological characteristics of a person and manipulation methods.
The environment mostly mirrors you. Be open, honest, friendly, active – and you will see that people will respond in kind.
