Scientists have found that the indicator of a happy relationship is not the time that spouses or lovers spend together.
This can be said with confidence if you and your other half act as a single whole, and not as two separate individuals.
These are the conclusions reached by researchers from the University of California, who conducted 30 studies involving over 5,000 volunteers, some of whom were married.
The results of the study were published in the scientific journal Journal of Social and Personal Relationships.

As it turns out, happy couples were distinguished not by the amount of time they spent together holding hands, but by the frequency with which they used the word "we" in conversations.
According to researchers, the words “we”, “us”, “our”, and so on indicate a positive development of relationships in a couple.
There is a suggestion that these same words can serve as a tool to strengthen the union of two hearts.
