Tomato feeding does not end with flowering or the appearance of the first ovaries. It is important that the ovaries not only grow, but ripen faster and remain useful.

Therefore, while there are ovaries on the bushes, the summer resident only needs to apply fertilizers. But which ones to choose depends on personal preferences.

Summer residents were told what additives to use during this period.

Bird droppings

A suitable container should be filled with bird droppings up to ½ of its volume, and the rest filled with water.

The infusion will be ready in 3 days, after which the concentrate is diluted with water 1:15 and used for watering. Consumption is 3 liters per bush.

Boric acid

A solution of boric acid (10 g) is prepared with iodine (10 ml) and wood ash (1.5 l). The ingredients are diluted in 10 liters of water.

Everything must be thoroughly mixed and used for watering. Consumption is 1 liter per bush after preliminary watering.

You can also use milk whey (2 l), to which you add 2 tablespoons of wood ash and 10 drops of iodine.

The ingredients are diluted in 10 liters of water.

Fertilizer consumption is 1 liter per bush.

Mineral fertilizers

The best option is phosphorus-potassium fertilizers. You will need to dissolve potassium monophosphate (5 g) in 10 liters of water and use this solution for watering once every 2 weeks.

You can use superphosphate with the same success.
