Some of the main helpers of summer residents will take root and not die only in such a plot.
Experienced gardeners will not argue about how useful earthworms are for plantings.
But attracting them to the site is a separate task. Not every soil will be liked by underground inhabitants.
If the soil at your dacha is clayey, dense, and a shovel can hardly get into it, then it is impossible to get helpers in this case.
Invertebrates are uncomfortable in clay soil. Worms need a completely different soil.
In order for a good population of underground inhabitants to settle in the dacha, the soil must be loose. Such soil is easy to dig, a shovel goes in easily, no additional effort is required.
Black soil or soils richly fertilized with humus are a paradise for earthworms. With such soil, the population will grow exponentially, and the summer resident will only have to maintain the soil in perfect condition.
