Moles that settle in a garden plot can seriously ruin a summer resident's life.
We will tell you about several ways to combat moles on your property.
The first method is to plant plants on the site that repel moles.
These can be either flowers (marigolds, daffodils, imperial fritillary) or edible plants with a strong smell (dill, basil, garlic, onions, celery).
The second method, more effective, is balls with lavender oil. They are placed in mole holes and sprinkled with earth.
You can also use birch tar. We drive several pegs into the ground where the mole holes are, drill holes in them, pour a small amount of tar and plug them with rags.
