The dollar has fallen, the euro has risen: this is how the new currency week began in Belarus

Today, December 23, a new currency week started in our country.
The dollar got off to a bad start: the US currency lost 0.0041 points.
But the euro managed to rise in price for the first time in the last 10 days.
At the start of this currency week, the Russian ruble also strengthened.

Trading results on December 23
On Monday, the following values of major currencies were recorded in Belarus:
- dollar - 3.4427 BYN;
- euro - 3.5975 BYN;
- 100 Russian rubles - 3.3883 BYN;
- 10 Chinese yuan - 4.7443 BYN.
How have exchange rates changed?
The dollar continued to show a downward trend that began last Friday.
Today the American currency lost another 0.12 percent.
The euro returned to growth after four consecutive defeats.
Following today's trading, the single European currency gained almost half a percent - 0.0175 points.
The Russian ruble has won its seventh victory in a row over its Belarusian “colleague” – plus 0.02 percent.
But the yuan failed to return to growth: on Monday, the Chinese currency lost 0.38 percent.
