Unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve a beautiful figure by paying attention only to your diet.
Some people go to the gym for years, dreaming of getting rid of extra pounds and getting strong muscles.
But despite all the efforts, there was no result from doing the exercises, and there still is none. Or even worse: after the gym, there was pain in the back and joints.
The reason is most likely that mistakes are made during the lessons.
Today we suggest looking into squats: what can go wrong when performing this exercise?
If your knees are pointing inward while you're doing the exercise, you're not squatting correctly.
Incorrect squat technique results in the load on the buttocks being reduced, while the knee joints, on the contrary, are “under attack”.
When doing squats, keep your entire body under control. Take the starting position correctly: if you are going to do the classic version of the exercise, your feet should be shoulder-width apart, your toes slightly apart, your shoulders straight, and your back straight.
Place all your weight on your heels, push your pelvis back, and try to “sit” on an imaginary chair. Lower yourself slowly, making sure your knees are at the same angle as your feet.
