And after eating ice cream, you won’t have to worry that your favorite jeans won’t fit your hips: 100 g of dessert contains only 91.2 calories.

First of all, you need to peel four bananas and cut them into small pieces. You can do this in any way you like, since they will be chopped in a blender anyway.

Then put the chopped bananas in a blender and add 5g of vanilla extract.

Now it's time to turn the bananas into a smooth mass. To do this, turn on the blender at the highest speed and beat the contents for about 10-15 minutes.
