Doctor names portion sizes that need to be eaten to lose weight

Nutritionist Margarita Koroleva gave recommendations to those who want to lose extra pounds.

She noted that one should not overeat. At the same time, the diet should be high-quality and balanced.

According to the doctor, women should not eat more than 280 ml of food at a time, and men – 350 ml, reports “ Moscow 24 ”.

The Queen also noted that you can eat five times a day. There should be three full meals and two snacks.

In addition, the specialist added during the interview that you can't skip breakfast. The fact is that morning meals trigger metabolic processes in the body.

The Queen advised maintaining water balance.

She noted that most of the liquid should be drunk in the first half of the day, and after 6 p.m. it is permissible to drink no more than 300 ml of liquid.

The doctor also recommended giving up products that negatively affect health, provoke fluid retention in the body, and lead to weight gain. For example, it is worth removing sausages, hot dogs, and frankfurters from the diet.
