The soup is very filling and refreshing on hot summer days. But some components should still be excluded from the treat so that it is truly healthy.

Nutritionist Natalia Kruglova spoke about this in more detail in an interview for Sputnik radio.

She recommended excluding sausage from the recipe, which increases the amount of calories and saturated fats. Ultimately, this leads to heart and vascular diseases, excess weight.

If you eat processed meat frequently, your risk of developing colon cancer increases.
