But how many pancakes a day can you eat without harm? Therapist Natalia Koryagina answered this question during a conversation with representatives of the publication Ura.ru.
According to the doctor, if there are no health problems (the person does not complain of gastrointestinal problems, extra pounds or diabetes), then you can eat two pancakes a day.
The treat can be combined with sour cream or jam, and the doctor also recommended wrapping vegetables in pancakes.
Koryagina also recommended choosing oatmeal, rice or buckwheat flour during cooking.
She added that it is advisable to avoid adding sugar when kneading the dough.
Besides, pancakes without milk or with skim milk are much healthier.
