Experts from the United States have determined how much fast food you can eat without it having a negative impact on your health.

The publication “ Arguments and Facts ” writes about this.

As part of the work, scientists found that if more than 20 percent of the calories consumed per day come from fast food, then there is a real risk of developing health problems.

As a result, a person who prefers this type of diet is at risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

In other words, if at least one meal a day includes a burger or other fast food, it means that the person already exceeds the specified norm.

It is worth noting that potentially dangerous foods include pizza, burgers, French fries, soda and other products from fast food restaurant chains.

The whole problem with such treats is that they contain too many fast carbohydrates, sugars and fats.
