Yulia Tychino, an expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" in the field of design and interior, told what things should not be in the bedroom.
Everything from a smartphone and tablet to a laptop and PC should be kept away from the sleeping area. These are sources of blue light that is harmful to the sleep hormone and simply distract from a good night's rest.
Any sports equipment from dumbbells and exercise mats should be removed from the bedroom. The exception is when there is no other room for them.
In the bedroom, nothing should distract you from rest. Neither sports and thoughts about losing weight, nor work moments in the form of an organizer and unsorted papers.
It is not hygienic, is perceived as visual noise and therefore leads to stress.
It is recommended to change the mattress once every 8-10 years. Otherwise, back problems may occur.
