We will need half a kilo of pork, 800 grams of potatoes, 200 grams of hard cheese, two tomatoes, two onions.

You will also need two cloves of garlic, 250 grams of mayonnaise, 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the pork, cut into 10-15 mm slices, beat with a meat hammer (cover with a plastic bag in advance).
