Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told what delicious things can be made from pumpkin.
1. Wash the raisins and leave them in warm water, and at the same time peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Grate the pulp on a coarse grater.
2. Squeeze out the excess juice, transfer to a bowl and add the raisins.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt, and when ready, pour into the bowl with the pumpkin.
4. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into pumpkin and egg mixture.
