Fish cutlets are not only a healthy but also a tasty product.
However, some people avoid this dish because of the characteristic smell that the fish sometimes has.
Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, told about a simple method, thanks to which the specific “aroma” can be significantly reduced or even completely eliminated.
The recipe begins, like any other, with a list of the necessary ingredients. You will need:
And, of course, the very ingredient that removes the unpleasant smell from fish cutlets is honey. You only need one tablespoon.
Grate hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater and add to the minced fish, as well as onions fried in butter until golden brown.
Add salt, pepper and honey here, then stir the mixture until it becomes homogeneous.
Form the cutlets, wetting your hands with water. Fry them in a frying pan with vegetable and melted butter until golden brown on both sides.
For greater juiciness, you can bake the cutlets in the oven for 10 minutes.
