In this regard, the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, decided to share several secrets that will help make the classic salad even tastier and more interesting.
No expensive ingredients or complicated processes – just simple tips for perfect taste.
If you want to achieve a rich and bright taste of the salad, do not boil the vegetables, but bake them in the oven.
To do this, you need to wash the carrots, beets and potatoes, wrap them in foil and put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Instead of spreading mayonnaise on layers of salad with a spoon, try adding mayonnaise and salt to each sliced vegetable separately and then placing them in a salad bowl.
This way, all layers will be evenly soaked and salted, and the vegetables mixed with mayonnaise will become more delicious.
The dish will acquire additional flavor notes, crispness and piquancy if you include one green apple, previously peeled, in its composition.
This fruit will add subtle sweet and sour notes to the dish, which will significantly improve the overall taste.
