But there is a nuance: you need to choose a suitable replacement for the egg. And we are talking about... bananas.
The recipe for non-standard but very tasty pancakes was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
Take two ripe bananas, peel them and mash the pulp well with a fork.
Sprinkle the resulting mass with salt (half a teaspoon) and granulated sugar (one tablespoon).
Next, mix the banana base with vegetable oil (one and a half tablespoons).
Slowly pour 150 grams of flour into the container with the resulting mixture and add a glass of plain water.
Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly.
The result will be a dough that will make gorgeous banana pancakes.
