Tangerines rarely appear on the table as an ingredient in a salad. However, when combined with nuts and greens, they give an unusual taste.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to prepare a winter salad from avocado and tangerines.
1. Mix the nut kernels with 2 tablespoons of honey and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
When ready, sprinkle with salt to taste.
2. Mix oil, orange juice, paste and apple cider vinegar, add honey and stir.
3. Chop the herbs, feta cheese, avocado and peeled tangerine slices.
4. Place the greens on the bottom of the bowl, then the tangerines, avocado, cheese and nuts, pour the dressing over everything and mix.
